Cancellation Policy We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so with at least 48 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of their scheduled service Late Policy A 15 minute late policy is in effect. Any delays exceeding this timeframe may result in insufficient time to complete your service. Please keep in mind if you are booked for a fill and are running late I will work with the time we have left, however your appointment may be adjusted to accommodate appointments that follow. The client is required to make payment for the entire scheduled service amount, regardless of the duration of the service.
